you need your twitch and youtube account on the SE dashboard

the overlays cannot be combined into 1 so it will be up to you on how you want to display them on your stream

Hello. Dumb question, but - will OBS.Live still capture chat activity on my youtube channel even if I am streaming through a third party? I am (for the short term) forced to point my OBS stream to ReStream.io, THEN point that to Youtube (until we can phase out my facebook live videos in the next few weeks). TOnight will be my first live broadcast and I am wondering if I will see youtube chat, notifications etc even though I am not going direct to youtube?

The person I mod for streams on YouTube and Mixer simultaneously. We already use MixItUp+Scotty on Mixer. We are looking to get a bot for chat commands and giveaways on YouTube. The stream is solid and doesn't require overlays or anything fancy. We just want chat commands to drop links and other info. Is this a good system for that? Is there a way for moderators to access the streamer's dashboard?

Make sure your stream is public. The bot cannot join a private/unlisted stream.
Your stream must be live for the bot to join the chat.

When live, be sure to look at Live chat instead of Top chat, as Top chat will hide the bot messages.

@solar solar This won't be a StreamElements issue so we're somewhat limited in the support we can give you here. My advice would be to check that you've not set your bitrate too high. There's actually quite a lot of posts online about this and all of them seem to suggest bitrate

I use the subscriber alerts from Youtube, but I wanted to create a hype cup using the stream likes when I noticed there is no such option.
Am I missing something? If not I think like events would be very useful.
