I am not that savy with youtube. So I don't have an option for this and the option described above does not work as a solution for your problem.
I thougth SE would maybe save the last subscriber and woudn't play an alert when they sub again, but I am not sure on this and have to ask internally, it this is the case.

When you create a new account when you connect G2A, then you will get an email, if you are connecting an existing G2A pay account, you don't get an email afaik.

Normally when you renamed yourself, you need to log out and log back in to the dasboard, to get the bot working on your new account.

@fickle pagoda Hey, You were right it wasn't fully transparent but then we did it with Premiere pro 2019 with webm plugin we doubled checked that when you put 2 video one on top of the other the transparent one doesn't have background - yet after we saved and uploaded it to the overlay manager a wild Black background appeared.

@lofty field 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly. There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points. It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time. Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

For youtube, yes, the bot jjoins your channel after we get the info from youtube that you are live.

You can add accounts, unless you screw up the process with us, but you can't delink them - that is not possible due to the way stuff is built.

and in your capture card settings

once they are please make a clean log

A clean log file is required to help fix your issue. To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

  1. Restart OBS
  2. Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
  3. Stop your stream/recording.
  4. Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

If you would like them merged, please send me the JWT tokens for both accounts, clearly labeling which belongs to which. Note that the only benefits of merging are quickly switching between the two and copying overlay layouts between them. They're otherwise separate and do not share any information.

If they subbed, and are not shown in the activity feed - they have their privacy settings turned to private - this means that each individual person on Youtube can have different privacy settings for when they sub to channels.

Mine are set to private and companies can't find out if I've subbed to the specific channel they are tracking, but I still count as a total sub number.

Be aware that you need to be live streaming and wait a few minutes after start after the bot has joined your channel. After this the commands and chat alerts should work, when you invited the bot via your dashboard to your channel.

@left vigil Enabled G2A Pay for your YouTube account, in regards to the system seeing you as online, you need to add our YouTube channel as a moderator if you haven't already: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjerlCIbLPQwSnYlClkjDXg and also you need to be live with a public/listed stream for a few minutes (long enough for YouTube to tell us that you're live basically)
