Hey I summitted a ticket for this but got literally nothing useful back, could you help?
I have recently began scheduling my streams on YouTube and my chat is not showing up in any YouTube overlays. The strangest thing is that my first scheduled stream had no issues and my second was solved with a refresh of obs. Now I receive no updates from my chat on stream with streamelements. I've tried resetting the URL, creating a new browser source, logging out of stream elements and back on again and disconnecting and reconnecting my google account. This has happened 3 streams in a row and regardless of what I do it seems to be client side.
This is what I got back.

Hi there, I've recently set up a subathon timer, but I'm encountering an issue. I'd like the timer to add twice the amount of time based on the money tipped. For example, if someone tips €2, I want 4 minutes to be added to the timer, and for a €10 tip, 20 minutes should be added. Currently, the timer is only adding 2 minutes regardless of the tip amount. I was troubleshooting and discovered if I add a looping video to the Alert Box Overlay the video plays audio just fine in the SE dashboard AND in OBS. Regarding that question: unlike twitch where we have "unrestricted" response to events we have a delay by Google that does not have them show instantly.

This is strictly for subscriptions assuming they're set to publicly show (according to the subscriber's settings).

Everything else should show without issues and instantly enough.

On a PC with 32 GB of RAM, running Steam, file explorer, and a browser along with OBS would take around 30-37% of a PC's RAM.

Adding a 2D game (like Touhou (especially the fangames in which the settings are more customisable to the point they would feature optimisation)) would only add a bit more to that usage, but adding a 3D game (like Genshin Impact) would be an entirely different story - which is not always good when they are run altogether with a VTuber software.

Let me get a screenshot of performance when running all the aforementioned programs altogether.

If you have access to both accounts, then you can copy it over. Make sure that you have at least the "Editor" role on both accounts.

When you have editor on more than 1 account, you can click the 3 dots on the overlays page and "Duplicate", and it will give you the option to move it across.

https://streamelements.com/dashboard/tipping/fees is what the fees and processing times should be. If you are not seeing those values and timeframes you will need to submit a ticket and someone will look at it.

"All Time" is how many points a user has earned.
"Current" is how many they have now. It can be higher or lower than "All Time" if gambling modules and such are on
"Watch time" I think it's the number of seconds a user has been watching, it might be minutes.

Hey anyone with an established TikTok account that know what I can do. Those are all default commands, you don't have to "make" them, just ensure they're enabled. As for watchtime:

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.
