That votekick feature is cool, but I easily see this overused in a chanel I manage (3-5k viewers and a bit toxic), and always getting mainly vote yes, regardless of whether the voted person deserved. That would be cooler if 1) there was a timeout per stream and per user like there is in custom commands, 2) there was an optional setting to timeout the viewer who called the voting instead, if the result is "no"

Clicks are how many times the link has been clicked. It may include multiple clicks from the same person. For example, if someone checks it out first and clicks again to install the game later.

Unique clicks are clicks from separate people. Or at least it tries to be. As the tooltip explains, it is based on the IP address, so VPN, or multiple people behind a NAT, or reasons like that can make it a little inaccurate.

First link shows this month's numbers which are accurate. Second one does not show correct number for all time top cheerer, though name is correct. All time top tipper name is correct but number may be off, I would have to do some digging, but I think it is incorrect. Most of the rest of the stats are correct best I can tell. So it seems like there is a disconnect on the all time figures

Hi, sooo... I just switched over to OBS just to be able to change the name of the stream bot, I followed all the right steps to change the bots name until I got to where it says custom bot name but there is no drop down for it. It just says custom bot name in that blue text and then under it, it says "To connect a custom bot name for Twitch, visit the StreamElements dashboard"

Hello I have an important question regarding the resub alert on Twitch. I noticed that when someone resubscribes to me (for example the second month) he always has to go to share in the chat so that the message appears in my stream. The first time they subscribe it is always displayed.

Is this normal on Twitch? Do you always have to press share as a viewer for it to be displayed or can you set it so that it is always displayed?

I have submitted a ticket, essentially I tried to go live this morning but OBS said I was live but it was not showing on twitch. I then updated OBS and tried again, same thing happened. I then tried using my stream key instead of the auto connect for twitch, when I did this it removed my stream elements addon and it went live and worked. I then tried to reconnect through auto twitch and when I tried to do the 2 factor auth with the SMS code I never recieved a code. So I tried using my stream key to stream again (with SE) and it didn't work. When I removed SE and tried only stream key - it went live. I have reported it to twitch and they sent me a basic "try again in a few days" email. I then tried again later and twitch let me auto connect and it worked without SE. I then reinstalled SE and tried streaming with auto connect and it didn't work. In the end I had to stream without SE and using my stream key. Hope this explains it

You can actually code in SE overlay editor, however it might get a little tricky to debug and develop your widget, so any IDE or text editor such as VsCode or IntelliJ would be helpful. Sharing is a little tricky too, if you want to sell your widgets I recommend using a extension to automatically install widgets like widget.io and just send your customers the code in a zip file that they can use with the extension

Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

With raid sponsorship if you meet goals you earn free gifts to the channel. There's a thing called the sub fairy widget you have to add and click a button on the campaign. Se staff then join the stream and randomly gift the number of subs you earned within 30 minutes. That's how it's supposed to work but the button on the campaign is always showing that the sub fairy is not available right now and it will be online soon

Hey guys did anyone else have ALL of their sponsors pulled from streamelements after doing really well on a sponsor? They say sponsors are based on views and such but I've been doing better than ever and after completing 5 sponsors, each one better than the next, all the sudden I got cut off

My alerts are not working live. They work if I do a test event, my browser source is fine, everything was working good up until i got an Affiliate. I got several new followers today and my alerts didn't work even once. I did add an extension on my Twitch, called Pando, it also kinda notifies about new chatters, followers etc - but I didn't see any warnings about any conflict with stream elements.
Does anyone know what is the issue?
Also, my feed is slightly outdated, but I assume it takes time to update - but I got, for example, 2 paid subscriptions, and my SE feed has no information on that, nor the newest followers - while Twitch feed displays them.
It feels like my SE is somehow out of sync, even if i re-authorized it.

Last info SE feed is showing was 5 days ago - it's when I got affil - had 3 streams after that with new followers and co, no info on SE.

Sponsorship questions can only be handled with the ticket system. Please type !ticket sponsor support in #community-helpdesk and follow the instructions from the bot.

Attempting to open multiple tickets will not quicken staff response as they are handled in the order they are received.
