My problem is that I had my first campaign through SE sponsorship. First went well with every related metrics taken into account. Then I unlocked a new goal which included pack opening stream for 1h. Which I did. But it doesnt get accounted for.
Any idea of how to solve that ? Or who I can talk to ?

Hey there, I'm having an issue with my Streamelements bot. None of the custom commands or timed commands are working at all.

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Okay I have tried everything I can think of but nothing works. I literally JUST got affiliate a month or two ago, but I haven't been able to do another stream on twitch since because it wont fucking let me. If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

If you are not hearing your alerts and/or Media Request, you are most likely using the Control Audio via OBS option in your browser source properties.
To make sure you hear the alerts and the stream also hears them, follow along the screenshot bellow.

seems like all of your timers are set for online only, add an offline interval if you're testing offline

Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

@lament blade, a quick follow up from the stream store issue where some of my items are not updating. Just search up the last thing I've posted here. It seems to be related to a few images used for each of it. This problem is for both static & animated images, I don't know what exactly causes it to break.

Anyway, if the problem comes up for other users. The solution is to try another image, best to try an image from an item that currently works with it. This should allow the user to edit, save & toggle items again.

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

there's no way to set an interval for the raffle to automatically run, you'll need to run it manually

mmmm if there's text in chat you might be able to create a command and set up keywords or regex for it, that way that text is detected in chat and the command is triggered
but I'm not sure if it will work with bot posts and almost for sure won't work with twitch's in chat broadcaster messages. should work for chatters' text though. if that helps 😅

My girlfriend just updated OBS.Live. We think something went wrong with it but aren't sure (it said it couldn't update because something was in use, she clicked to exit, started it again, no updates or anything and clicking to update just says it's updated).
Now every scene of hers - which worked fine before - shows nothing but black.
Browser sources, captures, transitions, even static images - nothing on the scene is showing.
The only thing I've found online so far talked about laptop power settings, but this is a desktop and it was working fine before.

The Twitch extension should award the same medal in the event of a "tie." I seems like it places alphabetically which is actually inaccurately placing first and second. The person who takes great pride in being the first ever subscriber is being given a silver medal here. And it's a damn shame because it's preventing me from displaying my top gifted subs, which I really want to do.

• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

@runic warren What you tagged about is a different thing. You want the tipping message left by the tipper to resize automatically.
Follower text is predefined in the alert widget and there is no message to be left from anyone who follows, in order to even consider "automatic resizing" of it.

What the person is doing is just simply resizing the widget and expecting it to work like resizing an image up

I understand what you want to do for your widget and I outlined 1 solution for you.
The other solution is to not pay any attention to text going to the next line because there is a character limit anyway on how long a message can be.

If the any of the 7.5% don't trigger, it will try the 15%, if any of those don't trigger

it will fall back to the default one

if you are mean that you are splitting 100% between the variations - thats not how it works - its a cascade effect - if one variation condition doesn't trigger due to %chance, then its gonna fall back to the next condition that matches by minimum or falls completely back to the default one

Variation B with % Change to trigger 25%
Variation C with % Change to trigger 5%

The system will attempt to use C, then B and then A then finally default if nothing manages to trigger

This is assuming all 3 variations match the condition for the alert. Example -> someone resubs for 6 months

1. Go to Stream Store page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/store/items
2. Add an item that has these settings on it:

• Stream Perk
• Loyalty settings to your desire
• (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
• "Redeeming this item shows an alert
• Redemable via chat
• Skip Requirements

3. Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page
4. Go to commands page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot-commands/custom-commands
5. Add command with desired name and have response for command as: ${redeem item_name_here}
6. Go to your overlays and edit the overlay you use.
7. Click on "widgets" and add "Store redemptions" widget. Click save and you should be golden.
8. Test your own command in chat and have OBS or editor open to hear sound

unfortunately after reading the entire article, it didn't help. Geometry dash isn't being read as a "window" when opened so it wont let me stream it through window capture, and when i select it on game capture, the screen is just black, any way to fix this?
