• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

have not used it in so long. if it's a rounded rectangle you want, just as a background for something else, then just draw a rounded rectangle on a drawing software, even paint if you are desperate and just import that as an image. I would make sure you save it as a PNG though, with transparent background

The problem here is, we don't have a dedicated widget that can open dynamic videos you choose, hence why the additional sources.

OBS has folders you can utilize

this can mitigate having too many sources in 1 scene

A simple simple image/video source will not take up much resources

especially if the actual video source is a browser source

make sure you're using chrome while browsing the website, it's optimized for it and FF definitely shows unexpected behavior @silent ferry
in addition make sure you test in OBS, so create the overlay > put it in obs as a browser source > mute the chrome tab > save the overlay > emulate events and watch them in obs rather than the editor

!givepoints allows a user to give points out of their own amount
!addpoints is a command for a user level of Super-mod by default (should be change to mod).
That command just adds the typed-in amount to a user, assuming they are already on the leaderboard.

You can use !givepoints first if !add and !set don't work, this should help.

this can't be a consistent issue. if your alertbox works for one alert type, the others should work as well
if they don't - it's settings or a temp issue with the service. I suggest you go over your sub variations
and from what i see in your account it should work, next time you're live if this happens again get a clip of the issue along with timestamps of the event and we'll be able to further look into it

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Hi! I am wondering if someone can help. I had a two week break from streaming. I have come back, had the latest update and during my stream, there was an encorder overload error in the bottom left. Not very obvious to me but obviously viewers reported it immediately. No problem with streaming with my setup before. I dropped to 30 fps, changed the encoder to x264. I dropped my resolution to my camera and video output. Still getting the error. My computer could easily handle me streaming my console before. Any suggestions? (Apart from upgrade my PC)

You need to invite them as editor to your account and let them copy the overlays over to your account

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Anyone else having same issue as me, I just want two social medias on the social media rotater and I cant disable the others? In addition the animation settings dont work??

In terms of the event list rotater - i want to be able to change the animation and maybe add a heart symbol/bits symbol? but wondering why its not working or cant add to it?

Hi, if this is the wrong channel, please direct me to the right one. I love the loyalty system that Stream Elements uses! I wish there were also an uploadable icon that we could attach to the currency. For example with Twitch channel points, you can upload png's to further improve branding on your channel. I've noticed that most other 3rd-party loyalty systems do not have this feature. Stream Elements is my favorite so I thought I'd suggest it here. Cheers.

loyalty system is being worked on to be honest, so it might very well be added, but sadly we have no info to provide or an ETA for when it's complete

Please part the bot from your dashboard > logout of StreamElements at https://streamelements.com/logout > log in again > re-invite the bot > mod it (make sure it's not muted).

@cursive inlet If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

There seems to be a problem with correct display of whether the bot is or is not in the channel. I 'joined' my channel & got the announcement message, but the screen did not update. That was why I was clicking the button over and over before.
It works now, I'll be paying more attention to it from now on. Cheers!

You can run the OBS.Live on a different PC without streaming, it will still rename the bot. As long as OBS.Live is open - it works.
