So I am having an issue with adding an event wheel element to my overlay. Despite setting it to show 10 lines, and to show subs, followers, cheers, etc., it shows one line with an empty "name" and a follower label. I checked the object the widgit uses to populate this thing (looks like the recents array on the session, and its completely empty). Any ideas?

@opal temple Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

@clear sapphire If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

@lunar sluice There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

I use a widget that works for my full webcam size and a reduced size at the same time, but some people have too large of names on twitch and messes up, so a scrolling animation could solve that

For a command !deaths, that responds User has died $(count) times! NotLikeThis (note that the counter is not named) you can edit the counter without using !editcounter by using !command options !deaths -count <value>.

You need to grab the tipping link from the tipping settings on our site, go to Twitch, start editing your panels, put in the link in the correct field for a new panel.

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. Firefox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins is blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in an incognito tab.

That is only for a select few companies, everyone else needs to do the following: let the account that you want to transfer it to add you as an editor. then you can copy the overlays to their accounts.

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

Are you running things through streamlabs OBS? If they are showing up in your feed and in chat, it may be an issue of how slobs is handling the browser source, but we wouldn't be able to troubleshoot that. Do test donations work when you emulate in the SE dashboard?

Hi I got a problem with followers, my dashboard has a 0 for followers and activity feed show nothing for followers, 2 guys followed me today and it's still not showing, this may be why my following alerts aren't showing

I'm looking at the commands and the syntax seems fine. Have we tried resetting the raffle module/parting and joining the bot? It seems odd that the command is acting this way.

Howdy, I regularly have an issue where my bot is not in channel. It will work one stream and then not be working the next. I usually have it part and join but that doesnt seem to work most times. Sometimes it just starts working again for no apparent reason. Just want to figure out whats happening. i dont think I am changing anything between streams. this has happened for the last month or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated

So every time I click "Start Streaming" to stream to Twitch, a window pops up saying "Start streaming to YouTube" and nothing happens in that window. I've triple checked that I'm logged into my Twitch account, and that I'm logged into my Twitch account on the website. I've switched to YouTube, then back to Twitch, and nothing is working. Please help. Also Stream elements crashed randomly while I was streaming.

It's possible to be a setting that needs to be changed to make sure you can hear it.

@clear sail If you are not hearing your alerts and/or Media Request, you are most likely using the Control Audio via OBS option in your browser source properties.
To make sure you hear the alerts and the stream also hears them, follow along the screenshot bellow.

So these steps would help make sure audio is playing in the right places

We can also test in a preview window in chrome.

You might want to look at how your audio is handled on your PC. It seems like there's a setting that's not properly letting you listen to your audio

StreamElements are tools for live streaming. To actually send the stream to Twitch you need a broadcast software, like OBS. The OBS.Live is recommended
