Hi, I'm having an issue with chat stats. I recently made the switch from streamlabs to streamelements. when I click to see my chatstats page on streamelements.com I get an error 404 message. The only thing I could find online is that the cause could be from changing your twitch name, I didn't change my name so not sure what could be causing the issues.

I tried adding a new source layer as browser type and added the URL for the new overlay I created and nothing is displaying when I'm looking at the layer in OBS. Not sure what's happening here?

Also note that if they have inactive widgets that usually are transparent, you won't see them

@vital nova 10 minutes of watch time is given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled to watch time to work properly.
There is no direct link between watch time and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the number of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in the chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user do not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Have been running into this problem all week.
My activity feed from twitch doesnt seem to sync with the streamelements activity feed.
Although the bot is connected to chat, the tipping works (different feed, since not going through twitch), the overlay works, the session data is able to see total amount of followers (although not updating goal progress) and already tried logging out and logging back in.

What can I do to make sure twitch activity feed is connected/sends activity data to streamelements so that alertbox works.
@viscid pebble would you be so kind to look into this matter. Is there any other way of getting into contact with support.

@mellow night If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

To bring your overlay to your OBS, you click on the 3 vertical dots in the overlay menu in SE and then click copy link (i think thats the wording) and then go to OBS and in your source add 'Browser Source' and follow direction, pasting the link where necessary, just make sure to change the resolution of the browser source if necessary

$(count *commandname*) to add counts and $(getcount *commandname*) to view the current count. Unless these are outdated variables... And you surround it with whatever text you like

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

@elder comet If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

@tepid frigate if a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification. Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction. If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money

Hey @viscid pebble , not sure if you saw this but the PogChamp emote was taken out of Twitch. @tulip flame Make sure to ballot_box_with_check: “Shutdown source when not visible” for all browser sources (all OBS scenes). • from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.
