If you want them unlinked, you can send a closure request from your Twitch account - do note that this will delete all 3 accounts and you will loose data and overlays.

In order to unlink the accounts

you need to DELETE all 3 of them

One a closure request is placed, as long as you haven't gotten an error after submitting the form, the request is placed in a queue and the devs do it manually.

But the deletion process involves deletion of linked accounts.

Also due to some constraints afaik, some people can't access Facebook links at all, hence the lack of it.

@slim hatch Twitch prime (new and resub) and paid subscriptions (resub only) must be shared in chat manually by the person subscribing in order for the subscription information to be sent to StreamElements. For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. Question. When a user is timed out due to a filter with SE chatbot, my moderators see the timed out message but I do not see it. Is there a way to change that so I can see what got timed out?

@regal wren Follow these steps to grant managers/moderators access to your dashboard:

1. Click on your Channel Name at the top of the dashboard and select Settings
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted
