i believe the viewer count comes direct from twitch, so it takes about the same time to update as twitch.

I use both the Twitch and SE viewer count, the SE is usually about 10-20 seconds behind the Twitch live viewer count # in my experience. so that plus whatever time Twitch takes to update that number anyways, which also feels like a good 1-2 minutes behind (gauging by how quickly raids affect the viewership #)

Hello there. I was in need of some help with an overlay, in the overlay editor, I'm not seeing the emulated alerts in the live link. Even tough it is checked to do so.

At least I think thats what that is the check for. If I am incorrect, please help. Im just trying to test my follow alerts, in my streaming software.

As far as I can tell It is set up fine, just not emulating (Running a test follow) on the live link, and since that link is used as the source in the stream software, its not emulating in the stream either.

Guys. SOS. I have been having nonstop issues with my Twitch stream. Just for some background info, i have an i7 6700k and an Asus Geforce RTX 2070. My internet is 150 download and 10 upload. Idk what I'm doing wrong, but my stream looks awful on twitch... I am dropping frames like crazy. I have tried switching up the encoder, the bitrate, everything. Nothing has worked yet. At this point, the only thing I can think it would be is that I am capturing my whole display and not just a specific window. I don't know how to get it to only capture a specific game. When I add a "game capture", choose my game from the drop down menu, and hit ok, the screen is just black. If anyone knows what the problem might be, please let me know. IF your ISP is limiting you upload to twitch, you will have an smooth stream in restream.io (normally the ISP doesn't know about this service, so it doesn't "limits" it).
Please try to find tutorials about how to use restream.io and use it. make some tests and tell me your results.

It centers based on the width of the widget and completely disregards the height, from what I can tell. I don't think this is intended.

The !subs command used to allow people to see the current channel sub count (as I don't advertise it anywhere). I had somebody successfully use my password recently on Twitch, but 2-factor stopped them before they could do anything. I went ahead and changed my password, and that resets all the integrations and stuff too, so I'm told. -- So now I've gone ahead and (I thought) got everything connected up again, and StreamElements is working in every way we can see so far, except for displaying the proper sub count. It claims 0 every time. What should I look for?

Please understand that every setup, will be very different.
Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary.
Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having, but not a list of settings.

Im really sorry, I cannot work out how you meant to use the !cmd options for -level, i have tried putting -level250 and -level 250 for subscribers and above only, put it after !cmd, after !cmd edit, also !cmd !commandname. I've tried it everyway i can think of.
I have searched online for any help article or video on the matter and none are coming up, seems like this is something that potentially could do with being covered as i have found many questions from people regarding it and no answers.

A store redemption via chat will always receive a reply. This cannot be disabled. The chat alert module is for redemptions from other locations, like the site or extension.

"Bot Supervisor" will give you access to the editor to edit commands and timers, editor gives you overlay editor+bot supervisor, and full control gives you everything.

That'd be the intended use, yes. Some might also separate certain elements to their own overlays so they can be added individually using "use existing" so they don't reload between scenes.

For instance.

If you're switching scenes in the middle of an alert, and you've just added the alertbox to each individual scene's overlay rather than its own, then you'll be reloading it as you switch, causing the alert to interrupt.
Having it on its own overlay without the use of "shutdown source when not visible" and added to multiple scenes with the "use existing" option will prevent that.
