I am just so confused with this. I've updated the emotes in chat a few times now. They show perfectly fine in the channel chat for OBS.Live, but when it comes to the Chatbox i show on stream, only one emote from my FFZ list will show.

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live
2. exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
3. delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

hi, using a TIP GOAL bar, there is a way to remove the "END IN X DAYS" label? tried to resize the goal bar but the label cant be removed (like before) and if i set zero in font-size, save the overlay it wont save the overlay. better: overlay is saved but the label remains

you can check out some of the goal bars in #widget-share and adapt them to your needs if you'd like other design options

4. start OBS.Live

Hello, I am having a problem with streaming in my new apartment. I think it's just the wifi that's not that great but I am still having an upload speed of 1,7 MB/s, shouldn't this be enough to stream, because in OBS my kb/s in the down side keeps dropping to 0 after a few seconds after starting a stream and then it just keeps massively fluctuating.

if you can get a fixed connection then it would stable it out a bit,
but that speed really isnt great

try and resize your output to reduce what you are sending

@tired shell 1,7 MB/S is a bit slow for streaming. You could try but as also Twitch is suggesting 3000kbps (3MB/S) should be a minimum for 720p30fps (https://stream.twitch.tv/encoding/)

The lowest HD resolution is 854 x 480, which requires an upload speed of about 1.6 Mbps to stream steadily at 30 fps 😅

We're not able to troubleshoot issues with using our overlays in StreamLabs OBS (SLOBS) as we don't have the tools to support their software. We recommend using OBS Studio or OBS Studio with our plugin OBS.Live.

OBS Studio and SLOBS are two separate softwares. OBS.Live is the StreamElements plugin for OBS Studio.

@placid tartan you have to enabled viewer request in your dashboard, also enbaling media request at all. Next step is checking if the commands for media request is enabled in your command settings for your bot. Also let the bot join your chat so viewers can interact with them. Next is adding media request in one of you overlays. Adding this overlay to your obs.live as browser. Then you should be done if I'm not forgetting something
