There isn't a plan that I know of, but there could be a way for someone to calculate it. The time could be calculated from the amount of alltime points divided by the amount of points gained per 10 minutes, and convert that number to hours
but that has to be something built on a backend. It is possible (See #command-share for examples), I just don't have the programming knowledge to do it

I looked through all of that. It is already set up and I did receive tips. They went into my wallet total balance. Then you have to wait up to 14 days for it to move from your total balance to your available balance. This already happened but now I want to withdraw the money from the available balance but when I click withdraw it isn't showing. So that is why I ask here if people that used it in the past have gotten donations and withdrew them into their accounts

Not sure the best place to report this but the bounce setting on my HypeCup is ignored during the initial dump of tokens. So they pretty much all bounce off the bottom and right out of the cup. Any tokens that happen naturally (or I replay) work as expected though.

if you say that Labs' countdown also didn't accept that timezone, maybe there is a general issue with the timezone it self. Most likely (and as a software dev.) timeszones are taken from an external place, rather then being coded individually into apps

Steps to enable custom name
- Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
- Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
- Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
- Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
- Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)
Mac does not currently support renaming the bot.

if you make a stream store item, have the store redemption widget in your overlay, you can make a command with the ${redeem} variable, as long as the item is set to be redeemable in chat

I am a mod managing the song requests, the queue will invert its queue order with some songs going idk where when I clicked "Approved All"
Those 3 pictures shows the difference after I clicked "Approved all" under the pending song queue

As for picture 2, I'm not even sure what is going on. Does the streamer also have the queue open? Its best you stay in the moderation queue and leave the streamer view the normal queue.
As its known to have issues when multiple people are viewing it.

Ahm, I setup the Payment providers a time ago: I used Paypal and G2A but I dont know anymore what I putted in that G2A, can I see it somehow, cause I guess I dont have a G2A. So the problem is people donated me but I didnt received anything on paypal so it could be possible it is on my G2A account correct?

correct. When you put in the G2A information, it is pointing toward an account at G2Apay with that information. Same idea as paypal. If you don't own the account, money can still go there, but into someone else's pocket. Better do some logging in attempts, you never know, you may be like me and made an account a decade ago and didnt' realize it, lol

I use streamlabs mobile to stream to twitch, I had to reinstall it cause it was having errors, now that I reinstalled my stream elements overlay doesn't work, I've tried adding it to a layer but it just gives me an error message

SL mobile apps block our overlays, as far as I am aware, nothing has changed with this, and they are still being blocked, unless you use bitstream version 2.7.97

I am trying to set up the following:
I want to start a raffle for points (Loyalty-Points). Every 30 min the raffle starts with an automated Message. It says something like: You can join using 2 points by typing "!join" and win all the points collected in this round. So if 3 persons type !join there are 6 points to raffle. After 3 min of waiting for entrys in the raffle. A winner is drawn. The winner gets added 4 points (the 4 points of his opponents; he doesn't lose his 2 points from the input) and the 2 loosers are reduced by 2 points each.
And after 30 min the raffle starts again. If noone joins the raffle, it starts again after 30 min again, too.
Is this possible with SE or what is the closest thing I can set up using the tools of SE?

You cannot make raffles on a timer, they must be started manually by you, or a mod with the !raffle or !sraffle commands. You could make the !join command cost points, but it will always cost the users points to enter the raffle. You cannot make it so that the user points go into a pool for the users to win. In that case you would want to look at the contest instead of a raffle. A raffle is simply a way for you to give your users a chance to win points, it is not setup to take points from users to put into a prize pool, that is what the contest is for.

the bot cannot trigger commands from timers by design. The raffle has 2 options, !sraffle for a single winner, or !raffle for multiple winners. The maximum is just the maximum you can have for a single raffle, example, you can have the max set to 3000, but you could do !raffle 100 to start a raffle with the prize only being 100. That causes other issues itself. but yes, it does use the twitch API. Basically, instead of sending the command txt through the SE bot, it just sends it from the username you give the oauth token through. There are reasons why management chose to do it locally, I am not up to date on them all xD

hey guys. I am trying to crop a video in a streamelements overlay. That is, you can adjust the size of the video's window on the right and bottom and manually crop in those directions. For some reason, I can't do the same from the top or the left side of the video. Does anyone have nay experience playing with the overlays?

@dry lagoon its not really designed to "crop" the video. You can resize the video, and use the option for scaled to fit or auto to get different results, but if you need the video cropped a specific way, it would be best to crop the source before importing it.

I recommend doing the crop on your end. there are tons of apps (I use one on my phone to crop videos), and probably plenty of programs that can do it for you. Much easier, and better results that way

Resizing does work when moving from the bottom right corner to the top left with video size set to auto. It will appropriately crop in those directions
but the opposite direction isn't doesn't have the point of control like you were saying

If you want this to work differently, then your best option is to look for an existing idea and upvote it, or post a new idea
also, resizing and cropping are 2 different things, so if you are looking to crop, it will not work well in the overlay editor, but if you are trying to resize it, you should be able to manage resizing it to the size you want

Only reason I ask cause I've seen someone do it and it doesn't cut the sound off like it would switching scenes.

You find the command in your commands section. It's a default command, so you can add aliases, but not change the text it responds with.

@charred garnet try disabling hardware acceleration for browser sources in your obs. Click on settings, advanced, browser sources and deactivate it.

If you imported the csv it should have worked. As I dont know from which bot you imported from I cant exactly tell you what to check. Depends on if points were imported, alerts etc. @gloomy kayak

Not really sure, they are just animations, nothing special, should work the same as any other animation widget, and your overlay works fine for me in 22.0.2. Maybe try duplicating the overlay and using the duplicate

A friend of me startet streaming, he made me Supermod and he dont have that much knowlwedge about Twitch/Streamlabs etc...he has a command for "Songqueue" but if u type that command in the chat, theres missing a "/" in the Link, does he have to change that in his Command list? or can i do that? i have no idea lmao

Hello, this is an OBS related question but does anybody know how to fix this OBS camera bug when it refuses to display you camera even though it is on? It won't display, cannot size it etc. I feel like I fixed this before using that disable when not showing button but even that is not working. Not sure what else to try.
It just went all red on the resize bar in OBS, however the camera was just working, it's still plugged in, powered etc, just restarted and that didn't work either
