The SE.live has different features that I saw on their websites but for some reason it didn't go to the actual obs launcher. Which one should I use to stream?

SE.Live is an plugin for OBS. The OBS and SE.Live icons will both launch into OBS. Neither one will launch into StreamLabs since that's a different program that does what OBS and SE.Live do.

I've been having issues with the HypeCup overlay. When someone cheers, the actual image connected to it that should fall into the cup doesn't show.
I tried emulating cheers in the overlay editor and it doesn't even show up there. When I turn the wireframes on, those appear and fall into the cup (although they also do not scroll through the screen, just appear above the cup), but the image is nowhere still.
I already switched to other cups, deleted the overlay and made a new one but nothing helps.

Make sure you don't have the same browser source on each scene. You should have 1 separate browser source for each overlay you use, with each browser source having a separate overlay link.

Hi, I need a help. I tried to switch to streamelements with my opera brawser. OBS already downloaded, being connected to different Twitch channel. I try to import setting, downloading SE.Live. since then disster started. 1:I reconnected to Twitch through OBS using brawser key from Twitch.

2: OBS now connected to my current account but I needed to relog in so requested password reset as I was not sure which one it was.

3:new password set and I logged into Twitch, but after a while, auto-logged me off across all the devices and brawser. since then, any password or password reset (the latter due to that I tried so many times) have been not recognized and now I am asking Twitch a support but what is it that since I started to use stream elemnet, all this happened. and although my streamelement being connected to Twitch, the follower number is not reflected

To add your overlays to OBS, add a new browser source in your scene. Paste your overlay URL in the browser source properties, set the dimensions to 1920x1080 (unless you changed them on the website) and check Shutdown source when not visible as shown in this GIF: https://imgur.com/a/2JhJD0S

You take the overlay URL of the overlay you create in the SE Online editor and add it to OBS which you use to stream to Twitch. The bot lists the steps to do so.

I tested it out by gifting some subs, and it seems like the only ones that would count would be the ones who have never subbed before. I wish there was a way you could select "new subscribers" and "gifted subs" so it doesn't include resubs. It's all good, though!

Hi! My Allowlist for link protection on the Chatbot isn't working. I have https://clips.twitch.tv/* set as allowed but it seems to not be registering the * as a wildcard. If you try and send a message which is exactly "https://clips.twitch.tv/*" it's allowed, but if the * is replaced with the rest of an actual URL the bot will time the user out.

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

If you lose days hours or x amount of time they’ll give u that time back on your sponsor ship

HI! sorry i have been having a weird issue where when i try to do the shout out command with exclamation so and then either the user name or @ the user name it keeps defualting to hte first custom shout out i ever made the only thing i found that half helps is to delete the shout out command re introduce it from the template but alter the text that is shwon when i do the shout out but now i have to type out the full word shoutout as the command any ideas why this has stopped working all of a sudden?

I've got the broswer source set up, and the audio comes through in OBS, but there's no visual. Emulation works in the stream elements site, but not in a new tab. I'm using Edge. Changes were made internally yesterday that may have removed users who created duplicate accounts and the numbers on the dashboard properly reflect this VS what you may see on the overlay tracker.

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hi there, I've been using SE for a long time now but recently I've ran into an issue with SE overlays. For some reason, TTS keeps playing on donations even though its turned off.

Steps ive taken:

• removed all alertbox sources from OBS. (That obv. stopped everything)
• turned off TTS in SE
  *removed the alert box from the SE Overlay editor and saved. This still makes the TTS play so long as I have the overlay address in obs

You can add, remove and make changes to custom commands in chat with !command/!cmd flags:

!command show (commandname) - allows you to see the raw response of a command before variables are used

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hi there. I have spent the last three days straight building discord server. adding bots. Updating stream with bots and setting up roles and commands for my streams community.
I would like to add !clip command which will hopefully prompt either twitch or OBS to produce a video clip for later VODs or highlighting on secondary social accounts for my stream channel.
But I can't find any proper videos that explain how.

HI there i've been having an issue with the loyalty settings. I've had it setup and working for a while now but then I cleared the leaderboard a week ago and now no one is even coming up on the leaderboard or getting points. I'm working on a sponsorship. One of the achievements to get in order to complete the sponsorship is to make people download and play the game. Now, my viewers are doing it, the counter of the widget I have to use on OBS is going with the real number of people (8 at the moment), but the one in the Streamelements website is not going on and is still at 3.

We have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
