Ive got nothing but Raid Shadowlegends sponsorships and have completed it every time it comes around and have even exceeded the base goals up to the maximum. How come I am not receiving any variety in my sponsorship requests? Is there a filter or something I might have placed that I can adjust or is it just random what shows up.

I put in a ticket Sunday, then another's Tuesday but was than told if I put too many tickets in it would "take longer" .

I was wondering if anyone could have insight why my SongRequest keeps going quiet. I understand the browser in stream elements will go to mute once you select "Show on Stream" The problem is the volume control for the video in stream elements disappears almost like a glitch and the music will remain at that quiet setting unless it glitches back and I can set it before it disappears. I tried over riding with OBS controls but it still only gets as loud as what the setting was before it glitched out. It worked just fine over the last few days but woke up again today to very quite music that I can't control. I have thus far- Logged out and signed back in both Stream elements and OBS. . Disabled Bot and reactivated. Reset computer, deleted songrequest overlay and reinstalled. Check Chat commands to confirm bot wasnt banned. I also tried making a separate overlay just for the song request and control browser Audio with the same result. Every time this happens I feel I just get lucky when it works but left without why.

I was able to solve the problem of the alerts freezing, in case any more happens to you, try uninstalling all the OBS and the StreamFX (if you have it).

You can choose not to show the top gifter by skipping the first one on the list in the settings. If someone over takes that supportive person, it's not ideal for sure but that's the only (temporary) fix I can think of.
As well as asking them to make sure they used the !rename command.

If you look in the default commands on your StreamElements dashboard, there's a rename command. Having them use that might be able to fix it, not 100% certain though.

Not sure if this is the section where this question should go. But to make it quick and simple I can find no tutorials to show how the moderation functions in stream elements using OBS work. I was trying to keep my twitch mod chat open but for some reason it wasn't allowing me to get the summary when it was finished. I didn't have any trouble at first but I tried it using two different computers and although it recorded everything and did everything was supposed to it did not allow me to get a summary for it.. so if there's a tutorial to allow me to learn how to mod my channel a little better through stream elements I would appreciate it thank you.

In your channel try /user streamelements and it should bring up their page in your chat. From there I'm thinking you should have the option to unban them. I hope that helps

Hello there! I have a question: I'm in the process of redoing my overlays, and this setup I have a few screens that will have animated bits and pieces. What would you guys recommend be the best method of exporting the overlays so that I can pop them into SE and make sure that they can play through and loop around without any hiccups? I experienced a similar situation. I had certain things placed right within the Stream Elements overlay setup. but once I got into XSplit, things were still off. So I had to put things a bit off within SE to get them right on XSplit. This time around I'm gonna try and let SE handle most of the more static pieces in my overlay; but I just wanna clarify, were you taking your alert source as a browser source?

Yup! The settings is set so it has a minimum $1 amount for tips or 100 for bits. The volume bar is at 50% and I've tested it at 100% but still nothing.

To add to that make sure you have streamelements unbanned, there's a possibly Nightbot may of timed it out or banned it if it was duplicating commands and it wasn't modded by mistake.

any of the browser sources from SE give me problems. I just didn't have a sample of the alert (synthwave alerts). but the horizontal chat bar is the one you see in the clip.
basically if an alert happens while I'm streaming i'll hear it, and maybe a few frames of the animation happen.
the audio is whole and has no glitching
which if the browser source was somehow having issues due to my internet the audio should fail along with the video frames skipping/locking.
but I know for certain it has nothing to do with my download/upload rates

when I disable hw acceleration for the browser sources and swap to any scene with a browser source, OBS crashes. I go from 60 FPS in my stats section to 0 in about 3-5 seconds and then I have to force close OBS.

First of all, I recommend you contact OBS. You're not using SE.Live, and when it gets into unusual setups (like your high bitrate) the support we can give for OBS is limited. It's a matter of finding the right setup for everything to work right.
Other than that, next time you're here, a crashlog of what happens when you disable HW accel will be the next step.

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
- On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
- Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

I understand the heavy numbers of tickets, but is there a possibility of someone just taking a peek at mine, it seems to just be that data isn't pulling the new guys in. My campaign is due to fail in a day literally because it wont update when anyone uses my link. I've noticed a fair few streamers doing the War Thunder campaign suffering the same issue.
Would be cool if there was like a generic "We know its broken and you guys will get more time added" update or something.

hi, for some reason the overlay (using the one in Streamelements) keeps disappearing - so border, chat, everything vanishes from the stream midway through. everything else in OBS is working fine, StreamElements says it's operating normally, but the overlay just keeps cutting out. been happening the last few days. SE.Live is the OBS plugin, but if you aren't using that, you may just need to part the bot and rejoin from the dashboard

Some sounds are for subs only but if i try to trigger the command on chat, stream elements bot provides this answer:: " Item is subscribers only", it's providing also to me this message that i'm the owner of the channel lol. What's going on? 😐 If I disable "subscriber only", it works without any problem of course.

you either make your own !commands command that shows all the commands in the chat and deactivate the default !commands command! not to be confused with the !command command which let's mods and you add edit and remove commands with the !command command.
difference is the s at the end.
or you just have the default !commands active and it posts a link to the SE site where all commands are listed

Has anyone experienced streamelements built in !quote command's user and global cooldowns not taking effect even if changed to a higher number and the saved bubble appears in right corner? User level, is set to everyone. I also had non-mod viewers, test it out.
I changed user cd to 240 and global cd to 120, but users are able to reuse the command after 10-15s.
I've been searching for possible work arounds a few days now.
Thoughts? Thanks to whoever can assist. (Ping or mention me so I see notifications)

Multiple sponsorships backend data pulling seems to be affected, I have also had an issue and had a response back from Stream Elements staff that they're working closely with their sponsors to resolve, make sure you raise a ticket, and I am sure there will be some understanding that we weren't able to hit our targets due to malfunctions.

My solution:
- If i use OBS with SE.live I can change the bot's name to use mine, to make it work again I had to change it back to Streamelements, as since using my own name don't work 🙂

Indeed. I am in the same boat, made the ticket 5 days ago, got a few hours left on my thing but haven't reached it. I know from my first sponsorship that the Stream Elements Support team are great and very considerate, so we'll just have to wait and see, and i'm sure they'll extend it due to the malfunction being client side.
