Mobile only and so.
What counts to a new user on campaign is the device where it's being installed or the account? Or both?
If a person has a mobile phone that never had the app installed, download the game, and logs in with an existing account will it count for the campaign?

The problem I'm having is: In multi-streaming, YouTube can only be added up to a maximum of 2. I need to use up to 5, and when I tried to add more YouTube by pressing the plus icon, there's an issue where it doesn't get added even after authentication through the web browser is complete.

No, you would have to use the Tikfinity to do that overlay, which if you have it by predetermined, for the moment in streamelets it still does not have a section of Overlays for Tiktok, hopefully I will soon have it not to depend on other programs and just have to use obs and streamelements

Guys, OBS usage apparently isn't accurate. When I stream, I get a CPU usage of 2%, but in Task Manager, it's actually between 17 and 23%. So, that means OBS isn't reporting actual usage. With Windows 11 24H2, it means it's reflecting actual usage.
I'm not liking this anymore.

When i set Twitch as primary it always takes the default canvas of OBS, although in the canvas settings i set a custom canvas for Twitch. Interestingly this does not happen, when i use a 9:16 custom Canvas for Youtube and set Youtube as primary Output. Then it uses the custom 9:16 Canvas and not the original default 16:9 canvas from OBS for Youtube. So i feel, that there is a bug, when u either use a custom 16:9 Canvas on your primary output or it`s specifically a bug when u use Twitch as primary and the plugin just uses the default canvas for some reason, instead of the custom canvas. Can some1 help?

Streamelements is a bit odd with how the overlay editor works. Make sure you 'publish' it and aren't just in demo mode or whatever it's labeled as

Hey there I just setup the Media request dock for OBS. I ran it yesterday for stream and it would constantly stop playing requests and/or backup playlist. I just installed the dock yesterday and it IS up to date. OBS. Was updated yesterday as well. I dont believe I have any third party plug ins running. My canvases are duplicating elements like crazy. I had 180 elements on one scene where things repeated and repeated and repeated. This isn't bad on normal scenes, but you can't select a group of elements on a canvas and delete them like you can in a scene. You have to hand select each element and delete it. I just went through and deleted over 100 repeated things and then when I switched back to it, they are back.

Hello, I've seen on reddit that some ppl had that problem but I coulnd find fix, after getting twitch affiliete activity feed stoped working (both for follows and subs) I tried re-login, unlinking and linking twitch to SE again, modding chat bot and I made sure its not banned. But nothing seems to work, its 3rd day when its not working. Do you have any ideas how to fix it? I cant see any new activity after this affiliete, nor in SE page and OBS

The uninstall file gets installed to C:\Program Files\obs-studio\ I believe. If it's not there, you may need to install SE.Live in order to uninstall it. A bugged install can happen if you uninstall OBS without uninstalling SE.Live first.

It's not the bandwith issue. It simply sets se.live bitrate to 3k and I cant change it. What is interesting I Had an issue with the plugin setting my bitrate to 10k at some point with a specific canvas and I spent 3 days explaining in the ticket that it happen when they kept telling me "it's not possible"... while I literally showed them logs of it happening

About a 2-3 Weeks

Issue Description:

The other day I was asked to update my accounts email address, which I did, but now any new command I try and add to my stream doesnt play properly 🤔. I'd even had an issue for the past week or so with my !so command displaying 2 messages because it'd do one from the actual shoutout browser source and one from the StreamElements bot... even thought the one on SE had been turned off...?

Attempted (and unseccessful) fixes so far:

  • Logging back in and out of StreamElements in browser
  • Disconnecting and reconnecting bot from stream
  • Deleting old command and making a fresh one
  • "Parting" and reconnecting the bot

**Anyone know why my bot commands just... aren't working properly anymore? **

is there any way to show gift subs in the SE default Event List overlay widget? Found in Widgets->Labels->Other. It shows everything correctly but gift subs, which it shows as a subscription by whoever got it. Any way to show the gifter name or gifter name x5 gifts etc? There was an old custom widget which did it but it does not work anymore. Looking through the SE API, maybe some of the code is wrong for gifts/multi-sub gifts? Been trying to figure out what's wrong for a bit now. Thank you.

Did you make sure your docks aren’t locked? If they aren’t locked, I would go to task manager and see if the extra window is a process itself under OBS and end that process and then try to reopen the dock

Profile and Tune (which I presume is the same as Tuning) are available in the vanilla OBS advanced settings (and have the option to be set to None, unlike in SE.Live), but I'm not seeing anything that matches the other three.

I have the same problem! I can still go live on TT on mobile or in the TT studio.The access apply gets denied via SE plugin. But if i ask permission via the mobile on tt website i get access. 🤷‍♀️ But when i go back to obs still no access 😥 It also started since the plugin (beta) was updated. I updated to 31.0.2 just fine. BUT i am on an older version of SElive not on the latest stable version because the latest stable version just crashes my OBS on startup. Hence why i was trying to get to the latest BETA to see if the crash on start would be better but I cannot get the BETA to install 😂

Went to stream tonight and came across a never before seen, or rather, heard issue. When I get an alert it loops and echoes endlessly until OBS is closed. I am a musician and I am livestreaming for six years now. I am still searching for a way to use VST effects in OBS without having this enormous latency. The latency in OBS makes it impossible to use, for example, a reverb on the voice and hearing myself. It's nearly a second latency or so... When I use Cubase or other DAWs, I have no problems at all with latency on effects and can clearly hear myself while using the VST. Why isn't that possible inside OBS? Or is it?
My audio interface is a Focusrite 18i8.

Trying to add more than one game capture as overlays with vertical streamelements, but it seems limited. Is there anywhere where I can fix this? I'm trying to use game capture as overlays just like TikTokkers when playing Fortnite, there are health bars, loadouts and countdown, kills on screen. With that Sub-A-Thon widget, is there a way to set a cap for the amount of time it can reach? I don't see anything (at least not that's apparent) for setting that.

For example, I have it set to start at 5 hours, but I don't want it to exceed a 24-hour time overall once the stream starts. So, by the end of the first hour, a ton of people sub, tip, or cheer...It would cap at 23 hours, instead of it just adding more and more so the timer far exceeds a 24-hour possible stream.

I have some scheduled live streams on YouTube. Every time I try to start them through SE, using the title and key of the live stream itself, which SE provides, and start the live stream, the live stream simply doesn't start. I havent been able to get this to work in SE.Live multistreaming yet, but I have done it with another plugin so I know it is possible, I know part of the process is that you have to create separate stream keys and separate scheduled streams on the YT side, or it wont be able to separate the two.

Having some issues with canvases with the multi stream plugin. For some reason I keep getting deletion failed when trying to delete a canvas and also when I try and modify the canvas settings specifically changing the encoder it won't take the change. I have to create a new canvas set the encoderand they will save.

This doesn't seem to be consistent as of late with Youtube... it feels like it works half the time. Delay switching to Normal Latency seems to be random. Hope they have Youtube internally respect your OBS settings through this SE Live plug in.... because it's very flimsy.

Or have SE Live define Latency Settings when starting a multi stream... to reapply or make sure that you're choosing Low Latency or Ultra Low Latency and somehow signal Youtube to respect your Latency setting... because whatever your latency setting is set on Both Youtube and OBS' general settings isn't being communicated or filtered correctly when using this plug in. Don't know why.

Twitch & Kick are both respecting the Ultra Low Latency directive when set... but Youtube isn't. Hope this is addressed at some point in an update soon.

My streamer did a 10-hour stream and when I went to get the stats after the stream there were only a handful listed. It seems like the activity feed only goes back a few hours. My streamer likes to thank people who donated in a Discord post after the stream. Since it is revenue, it would be nice to thank those who give Power Up bits.

Issue: Streamlabs Desktop Error Message Showing Recording When Not Recording

I'm experiencing a strange issue with Streamlabs Desktop. The app crashed and showed an error message stating that it had closed but that streaming/recording was still happening in the background. However, I was not streaming or recording at the time.

The message asks if I want to relaunch the application and warns that doing so will end the "stream/recording session," but there was never an active session. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Any idea why this might be happening and how to fix it?

I jsut did a multi stream test to see how far I can push my machine:

Streamed to Twitch and youtube.
8k bitrate 1080p 60 fps.
space marines 2, small frame drops for 5 seconds.

In the documentation for SE live it says:

''When multistreaming, it's important to account for the combined bitrate of all platforms.
For example, if your main output bitrate is set to 6000, streaming to three platforms will require your system and internet connection to handle a total bitrate of 18,000 (6000 x 3). Ensure your setup can manage this load for smooth performance across all streams.''

I have read this as if my output is set to 8k, in the backend it will also use 8k to stream to every plattform.

If you mean some artifacting sometimes during high particle fights, there's an obs plugin that can make certain areas of the stream crisper, I struggle with it from time to time with Apex Legends during fights too.

Depends on you. If you know that you play fast paced games, lower OBS' resolution to something like 720p or 936p. It also depends on your encoder. If you have a Nvidia 30xx card or better, use its encoder rather than x264 (CPU). One thing that is also really important but no one talks about: Your games' settings. Enable things like "Anti Aliasing". They smooth out sharp edges. It's these sharp edges that often cause a blurry stream. A minecraft stream with all its sharp edges will never look as good as a farming simulator stream when you sit inside your tractor.

Ah yes, because seeing channel points in the activity feed is way more important than fixing the actually dangerous bug that puts the wrong name in the activity feed when someone tries to tip and specifies an alternate name.

New really annoying bug with SE.Live on newest beta version. Anytime you rezie a window or move it for like 4 seconds it will crash OBS. It does not matter if its in the canvas of SE.Live or the default OBS preview. Fixed by switching to default version, stable would not work.

A question, in OBS I have my Twitch account connected as the primary account, and with Se Live's multistream, it includes Kick and TikTok. In the stream output, my BIT RATE is around 7800 Kbps, since at that frequency it reaches Twitch steadily. When I had it at 6000 Kbps, the signal would cut out or the stream would become pixelated.
So, I wanted to ask if the bit rate in the stream output affects the MultiStream or not. That is, is this bit rate shared across all Se Live platforms or are they independent?
If so, I would have to increase the bit rate to a very high value. When I start the stream, I'm supposed to have 7800 Kbps configured, but OBS only sends between 5800 and 6200 kbps. So, narrowing down the above, if this is the case, it would be to put 12000kbps (6000kbps twitch + 6000kbps kick).

how do I get details on how I 'breached terms of service' during my sponsorship campaign?
I've been emailing different emails, chatbots etc just to receive the generic automated response every time.

I looked through the terms of service and I didn't do anything that is against them and even had my money not reimbursed, no earnings from any of my campaigns and stopped getting the option for campaigns in the future - all without an answer?

Yeah i have a feeling you might not need 1000 followers, it is only if you have live access, you gone live on tiktok studio so i cant see what that issue is. Did you try reinstalling the plugin ?

Does SE Live allow you to choose bitrate yet? I watched Nutty's video about it and he said you couldn't, but it's been a couple months. I'm currently using twitch's advanced broadcasting to stream at 10k bitrate, and I don't really wanna lose that.
