when I try playing the alert sound on my mobile it only plays once then I have to clear the cache to get it to play again.
*the same link that works in obs, Im pasting to chrome, firefox and brave, the apps have full permission I checked, no power saving mode.

I tried going through the help email but 3 times they have no clue what Im asking about.

Can anyone else try to play alert sounds (more than 1, goal is infinite) on their phone in the background while another app is open, I have done it before with music so Im lost as to why the cache needs to be cleared after only 1 alert.

just a command where if you have a few options like !addvote MP, SB, MK would add Mario Party, Smash Bros, and Mario Kart, for the vote command, and then typing !vote MP, SB, or MK, would add a counter to the vote of some sort, although I'm not quite sure how to make the counters work with a custom vote command in that fashion, if possible.

Streamelements doesn't really have flow control, so there's no if/then/else statements or anything. You would need a !vote and a !reset command for each item, then a command that displays the current counter for each one. E.g.: !voteMP !resetMP !votes. Curious question, when I go to click FrankerFaceZ Control Center on the SE.Live twitch chat dock, it says it is unable to open a pop-up window BUT it does open a pop up window on my browser regardless. About the widget : It says it's one widget who can handle multiple sponsorship, how do it look ? Is it rotating between the different games ?
About the main sponso and side sponso : Is it possible for someone to do all the sponso taken in that way ? If they're one main and 3 side, is it possible to do all 4 and be counted on all of them ?
And finally, how it is presented on our chat ? only one link or multiple ones ? And did we have to add many tags on the title ? Like !afk and others ?

Hey, I had this issue too and spent a long time searching for a solution. I thought it might be a hardware issue, a connection problem, or even bugs in the software I use. However, I discovered that Discord wasn't showing my streaming status because of two tags I had selected on my Twitch: 'Drugs, Intoxication or Excessive Tobacco Use' and 'Significant Profanity or Vulgarity.' After disabling these tags, the purple streaming status on Discord started working again.

this isnt unique to the pixelchat browser source, i've tried this with one using streamerbot also and the same thing happens (sometimes the same thing happens with the random clips i have for the be right back screen, its also a browser source)

hii so i've been trying to set follower alerts with streamelements on OBS- sub alerts work through the same exact link, and i see bit alerts/tip alerts through my chat and activity feed just fine. i don't even see new followers on my activity feed, and when i test out the alerts through streamelements on OBS it works just fine, but when i'm actually streaming and a real account follows me i don't see it at all😭 does anyone know how to fix this? or has this happened to anyone else? i tried lookin thru reddit and google but nothing matches my specific problem

I created a custom kill, marry, kill cmd with the following variables So ${sender} is going to kill $(random.chatter) marry $(random.chatter) and kill $(random.chatter) however, $(random.chatter) returns with <no chatters>.

it used to be a thing where the bot could set your timer to be a command and then that would run, but it got misused to chat spam random quotes & things so that feature was depreciated. Also, bots get only so many API calls and after too many it gets throttled, so in genreal service will try to limit total number of concurrent calls.

What's with the bot being inconsistent? Is it like a YT fault, that some subscribers are private? Because the bot only shows the subscription alerts in a batch and not all the time. Same with alerts on the screen, spam for a few alerts, and then nothing for a few minutes

Users can choose to make the channels that they subscribe to public or private. By default, all settings are set to private.

Private: When a user's subscriptions are set to private, no other user can see what channels they subscribe to. A user's account does not show in a channel's Subscribers List, even if they are subscribed.
Public: When users subscriptions are set to public, another user can see what channels they subscribe to. User subscriptions are listed on their channel page and their account is listed in the Subscribers List for any channel they subscribe to.

To set up the bot for your YouTube stream, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure your stream is public. The bot cannot join a private/unlisted stream.
2. Your stream must be live for the bot to join the chat.

I completely understand as I work in IT and I am Part of Service Operations. However in relation to my comments it was clear that there was a wide issue with the Mobile App where users were unable to log in to the Streamlements Mobile app and there was also error users were seeing. It was not a single user issue but a mutli user issue. ( I could see multiple users asking within Discord about the app issue - they entered screen shots of the issue in Discord ) So hence why I was wondering why there was no announcement in relation that particular issue. Streamer bot. I think they have triggers with stream elements redemptions.

Then just do whatever action you want . You can even write on txt file and append data there.

You can append the data with coma separated list . And that will be easily a CSV file if you want .

Or you can just use the excel and import data and separate with comas .

This will take you 30 minutes to set up .

There's nothing that will do it for you .

If you know how to use discord customRP status . I believe that you can figure it out as well .

yes, you go to their website -> Loyalty -> leaderboard, delete the bots by clicking the trashcan next to their name-> also go to loyalty settings, at the very bottom at "Ignored users", enter the bots names, all small letters. Make sure to also add your own name as well, if you don't want to be at the top yourself

One thing to check is whether the $(channel) variable is translating correctly to the actual channel name. Type this in the chat and see if the bot responds with the channel name:

Regardless of the response, ask your friend to logout and log back in on Streamelements website. Sometimes a name change or something similar can cause some issues, but once logging back in, the token is refreshed.

First you have to create a new item in the stream store, call it for example speaking or whatever you want, where it says item command you put the same name that you have put before, then you go to streaming tools and overlays and create a new overlay, then you add With the blue button, in alerts, a store redemptions, click on store redemptions, and go to where it says TTS settings, choose the voice you want and the volume, then go to chat commands in the chatbot section, create a new command let it be called speak or tts or whatever you want, and in answer you write this: ${redeem voice "$(sender) says. ${1:}" } Remember to put the name of the new item you created in the store after reedem

Any ideas why a single user might bypass the "community gifts" alert setting?

All other users behave normally, but a single specific user gifting x subs on twitch causes the gift sub alert to trigger x times, ignoring the community gifts setting entirely.

It only happens with the one specific user, and otherwise subs and gift alerts work as expected.

Each link can only be used once and if you have a username across multiple platforms and connect them (or someone snipes you with one) the number bit unfortunately goes into effect.

If you want another option you can create a ticket and have staff change it to another name to your liking.

But do note that name effects all links tied to that platform's account.

Hello. I am having trouble getting the chat overlay from StreamElements to show up in OBS. The "chat box" itself shows up in OBS using the Linux Browser source, and while the individual chats do show up in the StreamElements editor in real-time, they do not carry over to OBS while I am streaming. So the overlay chat box is there, but not any chat info.

Good chance your overlay is too heavily edited and basically a tower of code that will fall over (delete itself) when you refresh the page.

Basically anything done after the last known saved spot will be lost and unrecoverable unless you go through by through every alert type and copy the setup down manually.

So I fixed my chatbot with a different name. But now in my stream the chatbot will say something and then stream elements will send the same message right after. How can I fix that?

Not sure what to do. Every single ticket I have submitted regardless of the method. Even here, has been ignored by anything that isn't an automatic reply for a month. Its really not a hard fix I'm just being ignored

I'm not going out of my way to harrass a staff memeber to get something done. Is there anyway someone can give them a point towards my issue. I've been waiting a month for a solution to an issue that I literally have sent them proof of it being an issue. It just hasn't been fixed.

My tickets are just being ignored. I started a ticket in the server have followed up on email tickets and even made a public post about it on X to try to get their attention. I just need a human to respond. Its not a hard fix. I'm owed money that wasn't put into my total

I even dmed them on X as well which is what it says to do on there

I don't wanna get my lawyers involved over so little money but when you preform a service for money. You expect to be paid in full

I just tried it and they enabled it so I can change it. Had to request it be enabled, but changing it is all on my end.

Far as I know it's always been that way, the option has just moved around and then was disabled by default.
