Good question... I would say just open your OBS frequently, so it can refresh your token, but I'm not sure if that would work.
Sometimes it is just a matter of logging out and in again. Maybe a cache issue or something like that, not sure.

Setting up a chat box widget, but 7tv emotes are not showing in OBS browser source/overlay (just coming through as text).

Hi, we are playing around with the streamstore/streamredemptions
and so far we have !tts "insert message"
and the redeem does play the message, but we would like it to also fetch the user that did the redeem.
as soon as i ${redeem tts {$user.name} ${1:}} it only reads up the username, but forgets the message, is this an expected behaviour? or could i write the cmd in some way that both get's moved along to the tts?

Probably your overlay is not set with the correct size on OBS. Click twice on the overlay source and change the width and height to 1920 and 1080, respectively.

In case still not working, go to OBS settings > advanced and enable/disable hardware acceleration (one of the last options)

you have 2 options.

Log in with youtube and twitch separately.
You go to your twitch login and add youtube as another connected login. Downside is if you wish to delete either one and just one is you'll have to lose everything for both accounts.

The second option only allows an ease of swapping back and forth. Nothing else.

I also made sure the alerts were on too in the overlays, only thing I noticed was that the dashboard wasn't showing new activities not sure if it was an update or a resynchronzation I need to do somehow since I also haven't streamed in a few months. I will also clear my cache in my browser just in case

I have a question regarding 'ELEMENTS' and would like to inquire about it. I would like to create a 'Stream Pet ELEMENTS' in 'Streaming tools > Elements (BETA)'. 'Stream Pet' is an ELEMENT that moves in response to specific messages detected in a YouTube or Twitch chat room. For example, if the message 'hi' is detected, the 'Stream Pet', which was in an attention position, waves its hand for 3 seconds to greet and then returns to the attention position. Is it possible to create such 'Stream Pet ELEMENTS' in Elements (BETA)?

I do not have this issue with any other game than Star Citizen but as I am playing the game eventually my OBS client will freeze. It doesnt crash completely but leaving a gradient screen like the one attached. Originally I was on StreamLabs but made the switch bc it was doing the same thing. Switched to streamelements and felt it didnt freeze for the first few days until yesterday when it started back up. List of things I have tried:
Running SE as admin
Setting SE to highest level of resource priority
Changing encoders.
Setting bitrate back to default of 2500
Removing some browser sources. (heard they can eat CPU usage)

I have a question about SE.LIVE as a dock in OBS.

In the filters, it keeps defaulting to 2 regardless of how often I change it and will not show any other gifted sub quantities unless it's exactly 2. The 4x showed below is after I "adjusted" the filter. This started happening when the recent update dropped to show the "Pause/Skip/Mute Alerts" appeared at the top.

OBS and everything are all up to date.

I also cannot toggle "Gifted" off, so when I adjust the Community Gift quantity to display, I always get two lines per gift occurrence.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Problem still persisted even after a complete reinstall of SE.Live and OBS. I've since reverted to the previous version--- not ideal, but awaiting a fix I guess

I have to change the final value of a command every day and with that, I'm using $(getcount A) to pull the number information, however typing "!editcounter A 1234" all the time in the chat ends up becoming extra work, the idea would be to make a shortcut command called !setA 1234 and in this command it uses "!editcounter A ${touser}" in which it will replace the touser with the value I mentioned! However, I didn't find any tutorial or similar idea for this, does anyone know? (remember this is just an example and sorry for my translator)

So, I got a bunch of gift subs tonight...and SE's activity feed didn't pick any of them up. The ALERTS played fine, but the gift subs themselves weren't counted on the activity feed. Also messed with the daily sub goal on screen cause it didn't count any fo the gifts. It counted the few non gifted subs I got, though

Hey guys, I am new to StreamElements but I am encountering an issue I would like to seek help on solving.
I am using Japan Traditional Ink Stream Overlay for Facebook Live Streaming, however I seem to only be able to receive alerts if users click "Like" on my live stream. I can't seem to get the Page Follow alert and Share alert to trigger, it does work if I simulate the event, but not for actual user triggered event.

Hey guys, i was playing around with the SE.Merch Store yesterday, creating new items, uploading images etc. But, after some hours of playing around, out of nowhere, everything was gone and i'm not even able to create new items. Also the Settings or Marketing Tabs under SE.Merch just show me an empty page now (both were working before).
Anyone ever had this before? Any ideas? Or should i just create a ticket?

Is there a way to setup a command that allows a viewer to enter a Givaway with the maximum amount of tickets the user can buy?

Viewers will sometimes want to spend all their loyalty points in tickets for the Giveaway, however, in order to do this they'll have to first run the !points command and then calculate how many tickets they can buy with the !enter <quantity> command.

I'd like to save them the effort by having a !enter max command or something similar. Is there a way to set that up?

hello. i was sent from the obs discord. ive been having problems with alerts and stuff. i now believe its someting in the browser source in obs thats messed up. starting out i had problems with alerts. after one would go off, once the next one plays my entire obs site will glitch and then the alert would be played as a green screen. i would just continue to refresh the cache after. a couple days ago i had another browser source for a shout out screen, that would also play once and then glitch. now none of my browser sources work. Follower, Sub counter, dono goals, etc. all crash and wont update. i use stream elements for all of it and i have everything updated. i just tried streamlabs, and it does the same thing

Does anyone know how to fix a delay in alerts showing up in StreamElements from super chats on YouTube. It takes like 30 seconds for my super chat alerts to show up after someone posts one. I looked at my super chat alert settings and delay for TTS is set to 0 but I don't see any other settings that could be related to this. 😦

My raid alert has stopped working, and I didn't change anything when it happened. It works when emulated through stream elements, but not when someone actually raids me on Twitch.
