You should have a message from the EA Moderation bot giving you info and an ID for the case, you can appeal it with EA Customer Support via the appeal system outlined here #how-to-report-and-appeal.

The issue you mentioned is mostly because they refuse to tell EVERYONE who has access to labs exactly when servers are open. Which is why i really don't understand why they are doing it this way and refuse to fix it . Hard to really test it that much like this

Check the description of the channel or directly go to battlefield.com/labs. It's not an Open Beta, it's a closed test you will have to get selected for.

Again, you only see your side of the issue and that's frustrating. I have a much larger number of users than those that have reported issues that are just playing, testing, giving feedback. I've forwarded your concerns, and again, I completely understand that this is less than ideal and very annoying to go through.

That's why the invite volumes are where they are. You have an issue not participating in the feedback, others have issues with their hardware, some have stuff happen in real life and they can't participate. It's part of playtesting.

They are. You see a small percentage of people running into issues and we haven't found the underlying issue with it. I can see everybody in the private Discord, so I can tell you that the amount of people making it into the server vast outnumber the people having trouble with it.

I did the redemption through my app and the download was listed as Labs. But BF6 beta is at the top of purchased list after. To clarify, this is through the BF6 beta app and not through an app labeled Battlefield Labs? Just want to make sure im not wasting my time re downloading this.

Great then ✅ if you received the official invitation to Battlefield Labs, it means you should have active access.
The fact that it crashes immediately on PS5, however, is not normal → and is almost certainly due to a known bug in the Labs build (much less stable than the Open Beta).
