HOW TO REPORT WITHIN THIS DISCORD

In a channel, right-click on the username or message you want to report. If you’re using Discord on your phone, tap and hold the username or message.

  • If you’re reporting a player, select Report User.
  • If you’re reporting a message, select Report Inappropriate Content.

No action taken

We wanted to let you know that you might currently see a response from the moderation bot that tells you that no action has been taken on your report. While this can be the result of a message not violating any server rules and therefore no action being taken, we are currently also encountering a bug with the system. This bug causes the "no action taken" message to be sent if more than one person reports the same violation. In this case the first report will be used to action the violation and the other reports are then automatically closed with the "no action taken" message. We're looking into fixing this issue but it might take a while before it's completely ironed out. We appreciate your patience with this.

Have you received a warning or account action for something you think wasn't against the #rules? We have updated our appeal process for these situations.
When you receive an infraction from a user report, you will receive a message from EA Moderator. In the message, it will be explained why you were sanctioned, and you receive a case number to appeal your case.

Note: Please remember to check who the message is from before clicking any links.

If you received an infraction, but do not allow direct messages, you can still appeal via the web form. https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/

  1. When clicking the link, you will be re-directed to the EA Support site, where you will have to log in with your EA account. Then navigate to "What kind of issue are you having?" and select "Submit a Discord appeal".
  2. The form will then update and show the Discord appeal form you can fill out.
  3. Enter your Discord details and your case number (if you have it), as well as the reason for your appeal in the "Describe your issue" field.
  4. After your report is submitted, you will receive a reply from our support team when your case is reviewed.
