I wouldn't say they're profitable, the honey the beehouses make from them sells for more. Poppy is the best summer flower and fairy rose is the best fall flower bc they make more expensive honeys. But sunflowers are a good gift for Hayley and they do last through 2 seasons

You will see, when you are solo the game pauses for certain type of things, like: When you eat, when you are watching cutscenes, when you get a text box, when you fishing. So, playing in multiplayer might feel like the times goes incredibly fast, since it never stops.

Overtime they'll produce something ,depending on which fish u put in, for example

It's easier to water vertically then it is horizontally. If you do it vertically you can water and charge all three tiles in front or behind you
