Roll back the save.

If you're on PC, find the directory where the saved games are stored (Something like C:\Users(Your User Profile Name)\AppData) There should be folders for each saved game and four files in each folder. Two of the files should have "_old" tacked on to the end. If you rename those by deleting the other two files and then removing the "_old" part (And back everything up before you do this, of course,) then when you load the save, it'll load the previous day.

As in, the game will constantly replace save files as you progress, with the "_old" files always referring to the day just before whatever your current day is.
