Wood isn't worth selling. It's barely worth anything and you'll need a lot of wood to craft/build stuff later

honestly I find this to be easier. after all pigs dont produce anything in winter anyway. they take about 2 weeks to fully mature so you can buy them around halfway through the winter and have them ready for spring

Personally i do sturgeon fishing in the mountain during the day. Need a baitmaker though. Pretty good spot right outside the mine. You can setup your various machine inside the mine lobby. Then explore the mine at night. Having minecart done is most helpful

i think u should try out the farms- and -outfit channel just below, people constantly post screenshots of their farm so u might get ideas from there. i posted my farm like 1-2 days ago and im big on fruit trees. one thing i learned is those natural farm cliff dont seem to block the growth of fruit trees, the tile appeared green as i wanted to plant and never caused any problem , i placed them right against it wihtout an empty tile in between. though when u hold your fruit u'll see if u can place with green square so u cant get it wrong unless u add smth near during growth. hope that helps

oh and once its grown u can do anything around it such as paving or putting items against it

so the process is long but it does look good
