but generally for low value high quanitity crops its just easier to sell straight up

jars in general are worse than kegs for farm produce, because they only are better for lower value plants, but its basically just not worth even processing most of those plants in the first place, their main use is for roe

also the 2 highest value crops that you can process are both fruits so they benfit more from kegs
