When fall comes around doing the little quests on the board hep but i love mining or building spaces for animalsss

Mining, both gems and smelted metals sell for a good amount

Animals make a decent penny too, which is helpful. Forage and Combat are hit and miss, but both are more support skills more than moneymakers or utility

(Forage tends to help with resource management via energy and combat mostly just makes it easier to go mining)

Crab pots are also good, stable income too.

They have decent odds of trash but they work in any place that won't reset overnight and can be fished from

You'll get freshwater catches from the Mountain, Town River, and Forest River waters (as well as River/FC farms), saltwater at the Beach (and Beach Farm), and trash at most other places

Crab pots are kinda meant to be spread over a huge area and fed bait on the regular, not done in small ranges, which is why they have a fairly high trash rate

That said, recycle machines exist and it's still low but constant income day-to-day so long as you have bait compared to rod fishing which works just about anywhere with consistently more output but consumes a lot more energy and resources.
