What's the quickest way to get quests? I want to do them all I know some are heart related so what's like an easy way to get hearts

There’s a bulletin board between the clinic and Pierre’s. You can visit that to get some quests. 1 quest per day. For hearts, better talk to the npcs and gift them their favourite things on their birthdays ( birthday info on calendar)

The best way I tend to get hearts is by giving gifts to NPCs on their birthday, which you can find on the calendar outside of Pierre's. The gifts the NPCs love can be figured out without using the Wiki, but I personally just look them up to avoid the effort.

Quests are a good way to earn hearts, but usually you have to be patient for them, there's not really a way to guarantee a quest appears that I'm aware of. If you delight the Mayor at the Luau, you'll get friendship points with everyone in town. Same if you complete the Bulletin Board at the CC.

Keep in mind that friendship points can decay over time, depending on certain actions but also if you just forget to talk to them entirely. Once you reach the maximum hearts with each Villager, the decay will stop. That's 8 for marriage candidates (10 if dating, Never if married), and 10 for non-marriage candidates.
