Blueberries. Good for selling raw, or in dehydrators.
Melons are decent for making into Jam, or Wine.
Wheat is quick to grow, can be made into Beer in a keg, and the seed is super cheap.
Hops are mathematically the best when you have Kegs, but are a trellis crop (so awkard on space) and require daily effort once grow.
