Use a training rod early game, it’s easier to catch fish that way but you can only catch basic fish, it’ll help you get through the first few levels of fishing skill though

For me pretty much any body of water thats not on your farm (I usually just get trash and broken things there) is a decent place to fish like by the beach or in the river in town, rainy days also help

farming is really just large fields of crops, e.g. kale in spring is often an early game exp option
combat still ||sc|| haha, monster musk + burglar's ring can speed this up
and foraging is a pain to level (imo) but tree farms + tree fert can help, and ||secret woods|| everyday

Many ways. Animals is my preferred, best being sheep and pigs, followed by rabbits. Processing items is key no matter what pretty much, if u have botanist profession however pigs truffles are iridium quality so very close price to the processed good (truffle oil) so i barely bother processing. This is the only item i dont process tho.
Other option is crops, i can highlight best seasonal options, and depends what processing machines u have/can build. If u have the ||greenhouse|| unlocked, i highly recommend setting this up, along with a couple sheds for processing machines

Bombs, food buffs, spicy eel ||can trade ruby for them at the desert trader, one ruby = one spicy eel|| for speed and luck, (check tv for daily luck and go on a good luck or very good luck day) to help find ||holes and ladders easier and quicker. galaxy sword, to obtain go in the middle of the three pillars in the desert and hold a prismatic shard|| is great if you have a prismatic shard, also spicy eel + coffee cause speed stacks, stairs, use Crystalariums to duplicate jades to ||trade with desert trader on Sundays for staircases, one jade equals one stair case||, Salads are also a cheap healing food and are always available at the saloon, cheese is also great for healing.

you have to get lucky with a soot sprite (the bouncing fuzzy guys) in the mines. in the icy levels (so around 40 or so)

and a keg which takes a lot of farming level to craft, but doable by early/mid summer usually

They’re hard to get at first (traveling cart, rare dust sprite drops), but once you get them growing you can mass produce them easily, since each one produces 5 coffee beans per harvest and can be harvested every 2 days.

Kegging 5 beans gives you a coffee!
