Not only. For example regular speed gro on blueberries allows for 5 harvests in one season

all large eggs, regardless of quality = gold mayo
(same situation for milk)

for crop quality, basically it is affected by fertilizer and farming level - the higher your farming level, the higher the chance you'd get quality crops

It’s not boosts that allow you to speak, it’s gaining the cowpoke role, which is gotten by speaking for a bit until you hit it (it will alert you whenever you hit it). Iirc, and don’t take my word for this, I’m pretty sure you’re able to transfer boosts between servers? Can’t remember completely though
