Ah, I would’ve been more helpful if on switch, but, you essentially cast the line in the water, and once the ! Appears over your head, push the same button to try and catch the fish - try to get the green bar around the fish until the side bar goes all the way to the top

No I didn't. I had coal above my head so I was definitely using it and I kept right and left clicking on every side of the furnace but it didn't work

yes but youll only find ||coal nodes|| in the ||quarry/quarry mine/quarry mine mines floors|| iirc

theyll be fairly obvious when you see them

similar to other ore nodes but with ||black studs/spots||

you wont find ||quarry mines floors|| in the regular mines until youve entered the ||quarry mine|| for the first time, which requires access to the ||quarry|| which requires completing a cc room

There are floors in the mines with a minecart full of coal. Also, Floors 40-80 have soot sprites; which are enemies that drop coal.

If you haven’t gotten a cutscene about it yet, starting on spring 5, if you enter town via the bus stop between 8 and 1, you should get a cutscene with Mayor Lewis showing it to you
