The quality sprinklers water the 8 adjacent tiles while the other ones you have (I forget the name) only water the four closest tiles. The quality sprinklers can be placed in a grid with two tiles between each but the other sprinklers need to be much closer together

I had some trouble with animals not eating grass, but after cutting some trees and removing stones west of the coop they started eating again (mostly, usually 3/4) . Would you recommend me to move coop and barn considering behind them is where I plant stuff?

Personally I’d say move the coop closer to the grass if you wanna guarantee the chickens to eat. I’d recommend moving them, yeah, gives you more space closer to your farmhouse for your crops and planting, unless you need them really close for a reason

It's also helpful to get the grass starter recipe so you can use fiber to plant grass anywhere
