Use potatoes for energy too since you'll be watering alot.

Summer time. Blueberries. All of em. They regrow all summer. While waiting for harvests, work in the mines and get stuff to upgrade the hoe, and watering can.

Strawberry seeds are 100g each at the Egg Hunt, so if you save up your potato gold, you can plant some of those

and the berries keep producing

Fall, cranberries, they're like blueberries. Buy em all. Fish too, just go insane with crops that regrow.

BIG MONEY TIME

If I plant 20 coffee beans on spring 1. It will take 10 days to grow, so they'll be done by day 11.
Those plants each give 4 beans, I plant em all, I now have 80 new crops and my 20 original ones.
Every 2 days the original twenty will give me more beans. Thats an extra 80 beans every other day. PLANT THEM.

The new plants will also take ten days, they will be done on the 21st. While waiting, you will make 400 more beans total which should all be in the ground by now. (Plant 80 each day as you get them)

Starting on the 21st, you will get 400 beans every two days (original 20 and the new 80. 4×100) and will get access to 80 more plants each day.
On the 23rd and 24th you'll get 720 beans each day. On the 25th and 26th you'll get 1,040 beans each day. On the 27th and 28th you'll get 1,360 beans each day!

Heres the best part they survive in summer... plant the 100 each day and continue the chain. Then, what do you do with all the beans? More beans. My entire farm should be beans! Crows don't matter anymore. We're making the mother of all coffees here, can't fret over every bean.
