Starting the game can be a little annoying as your energy is so low, but I personally like to start the game off by getting rid of the debris on the farm, and once your energy gets too I like to go around and meet villagers

Then go see the villagers and see where everything is

(Bonus if you wanna go out to pick up some forages)

On day 2 if you read the letter and go to the beach you’ll find the fisherman who will give you a fishing rod to fish

Then on day 5 if you go to the town from the bus station you’ll get a cutscene for the community center

Which is when the tutorial start

Also the mines open on the 5th so go there too

You might wanna double check, it's possible u missed it. Have some wood, fiber and coal in ur inventory cause that what u need to craft it, so then it should be highlighted when you check and easier to see
