How to get the Prismatic Jelly

In order to find a prismatic slime, you must search for one in the mines to kill in order to obtain prismatic jelly. the Perfect Catch bonus requires for the fish to have never left your bar ever/meter never decreased

I've played the mini game over a dozen times and I've gotten high perfection bonuses regardless of that happening, only time it ever gave me a negligible bonus was if I got a failed catch
