the fishing one is quite interesting to go with too, the crab pot line of fishing skill is great, but you have to be committed to crab pots for it to be worth it
so you can go the crab pot line for awhile, then swap back to the fishing line before you sell goods

you can get giant crops with iridium sprinklers, but the fact you have sprinklers means less possible configurations you can get them in, since they need a full 3x3 field of crop. If you were trying to make as many giant crops as possible, having those sprinklers would be counterproductive
but using rain totems to water your crops to try and maximize giant crops is also kind of silly so
