Strawberries can only be bought at the egg festival, coffee can be bought from the traveling cart or a dust sprite drop. Coffee is easy to replant and reproduce tho from just one bean

Is there a way to prevent stuff from spawning around ur fruit trees?

Grass will sometimes just spawn and there isn't anything you can do about it other than get rid of when it happens.

But rocks/twigs/weeds spawn from one another (and at the start of a new season), so as long as you clear those about they won't spawn.

Fully grown trees (and leftover stumps from previously grown trees) will also spread seeds daily, so don't have any wild trees nearby (like a 5 tile radius I think)
