Fighter is just generally better.
Scout is just not the greatest because it's 50% of your current base crit chance.
Say you had a 2% crit chance. Scout just gives you +1% crit chance.

However, Scout does lead into a profession called Acrobat, which is useful for those who use Mace Weapons.

Just don’t worry about it for a while. It’s a pain to try and friend everyone at once, and once you do that you still have to talk to them occasionally to keep the levels up

Deluxe coop and deluxe barn are always best even if you don't go for the animals that they unlock. Deluxe is best because they have the autofeeders

Definitely get cows for cheese and pigs for truffles when you eventually get deluxe barn

Goats are pretty useful because the goat cheese is valuable, and upgrading the barn early sets you up for pigs and sheep
