hello there, i am not a super newbie. i have played in the past, but only recently i started a new load and am pretty dedicated. does anyone have any tips on how to make money in stardew v. other than fishing. I know minerals and specialty crops can make profit and foraging, but is there any other ways? I know you can go on missions for rewards and that sort of thing but those take away a lot of days from me. Fishing is the easiest way for me, but should i really dedicate time to the community center or something?

just bought the game and I'm using a controller for comfort, and I can't figure out how to fish, like what to press when the fish bites because I've tried everything and the only button that does anything is the same one that casts it and it just retrieves the thingy out of the water. most likely cause is me being stupid but I can't figure it out, thanks in advance

oh, you just mean refill with monsters and poop. got it

some fish will stay at the bottom of the bar and you dont have to press anything, others will move like crazy and to go up you repeatedly tap the button but be careful to not bounce on the edge of the bar limit.

When you just don’t press the button and let the bar sink by itself it will bounce

The trick is to press the button a bit before the bar lands

So feather the Fall
