You can put 1 legendary fish in each pond and each one will periodically make 1 roe of that fish which you can harvest, it just isn't as efficient for money as lava eels and stuff which I think can have a population of 10 which would make more roe periodically

So eventually a Legend fish will eventually make 100 roe

Ancient fruit you need to find the ancient seed artifact from killing grubs in the mines, then donate the seed for a plantable version, then put the fruit into a seedmaker to make more seed to get more ancient fruit plants

assuming you’re still early in your save you’re going to need cheese milk & eggs later so i’d keep at least 1-2 goats

you can always make more deluxe barns so it doesn’t matter if that space is being taken up IMO. Also make sure the pigs have enough room to dig for truffles
