Iridium pick is very ok

It likely depends on what season you're in, you do want iridium sprinkles eventually so if it's spring make a few. But iridium axe helps you get more iridium morer

Personally I hate making too many quality sprinkles that I'll just replace later. So it depends on how many crops you have among other factors
