At least 5 staircases, the more the better (once you have a good amount of staircases, you can start using them to skip more annoying floors instead of using them as a last resort)
At least 3 spicy eels (you get them from ||desert trader||)

i'd say 120 but that left me with 10 energy- and also i want to mine in the meantime, so i mean when it fish day, its catch as many chubs as i need day lel
