That farm went through every 1.5 iteration of moneymaking. Animals, wine empire, both starfruit and ancient fruit. Other fruits that can't be mentioned here growing in ways that can't be mentioned here.
Every time I surpassed a goal, I would set a higher one and come up with another way to make more.
My final goal of 200 million a year also pushed me above billionaire for the save.
If there's one thing I know how to do in this game it's make money.

Yes, once it absorbs a strike, it's "full" and processing a battery, which will be available the next day. It's recommended to eventually have 16-24, but even then some strikes might get through by sheer odds. No amount of rods is 100% protection.

So for me; never bothered with sheep. Wine is of course, number 1. I do like having preservers mostly for excess - I like hoarding but it also spices things up besides just rushing AF wine.

Pigs are great - I also use crystalariums but mostly for jade. I did briefly use them for diamonds however, it got to the point where I didn’t need the money, just use it for gifts.

My Main strats are focusing on wine, pigs and beehives for fairy honey. I know some people loveee crystalariums for diamonds = mega bucks. I just don’t find it fun, I have soooo much money that I’ll never ever use that most of the stuff I have now is just… in excess

Speed runner? Explains the C-tier for crystalariums, as it takes a LOT of work and setup time. Wine empire is really easy, and definitely A-tier. But it never did get me over the hump of 100 million per year, let alone 200 million. I had maxed out winemaking at about 80 million per year and there just wasn't enough viable room to grow more AF or SF.

They do take a lot of effort because you have to clear out the truffles every night if you want them to produce the next day. Truffles block the tile from spawning another truffle, so you have to keep the ground clear. The money is good, but not great for the amount of effort.

SGB is not worth it in basically any regard, the limited seed purchasing massively limits it in terms of expand ability and inability to process is a further negative.

Not useful in a speedrunning sense either, the setup is astronomical and so many trips back to the greenhouse or to the cart to set up means just crazy timeloss over the very easy current methods in place

I really like blueberries, peppers, and tomatoes for the summer because they reproduce all season and have a chance of yeilding multiples at harvest. Then if I have extra money I buy some corn because that continues producing through fall

You can do another round of parsnips though to make some more profit before summer if you want. You just have to water them every day or they wont grow in time

I think blueberries make you the most out of all of them, but I always buy a little of all 3. Peppers sell for less but you can harvest them more often. I'm not sure which actually produce more profit per day.

And! If your inventory is too pretty small, keep a chest in the entrance of the mines. Every elevator I usually go back up and put my gems in the chest so I can collect more. I also keep spare food in there usually for emergencies

Stashing strawberries to kick off next spring isn't a bad idea - it's difficult to get enough to do a full crop in year 2 though unless you don't sell any of the first years

For rare seeds and ancient seeds, I usually only grow those in the greenhouse because I don't want them to randomly die. Your seeds are less likely to die and more likely to be higher quality if you purchase fertilizer. It's more expesnive when you're starting out, but if you can afford some extra, definetley put fertilizer on the crops in the beginning of the season that will continue producing after the first harvest.

You can also cycle some money/foraging exp through winter seeds if you have them unlocked
