Two different bundles. The Spring Crops Bundle has parsnip, potato, green bean and cauliflower, all of which can be regular or any quality.
Then there's a Quality Crops Bundle, which requires 5 gold quality crops of three out four of the following: parsnips, melon, pumpkin, corn. The best one to leave out is pumpkin, as those are the higher value. You can also complete that bundle in Summer since corn is both a Summer and a Fall crop, if you do parsnips in Spring and both Melons and Corn in Summer.
