Every sprinklers saves about 8 energy and 10 minutes, every single day. While people are out there watering by hand until farming lvl 6 im in the mines gathering resources for dozens of quality sprinklers already, or I fish and earn thousands of g per day in spring. It really all depends on how you are tackling it

I'm not sure, I usually eat it when I'm at about half health and it restores me to full. I'm on the switch so I can't check the numbers.
