Try fishing for money! There's nothing wrong with the fish in spring

Watch out, Lingcod is also in the lake in winter and they're not as good despite also being hard to catch

In summer and fall, super cucumbers are in the ocean after 6PM too. They're worth even more

Catfish and Sturgeons are pretty strong. (Sturgeons can grow larger than an adult human!) I use the Trap Bobber to catch them more consistently

As for when it's spring/fall but not raining, maybe the mountain lake in the daytime again for Largemouth Bass. Not as good, but it's not nothing

Fortunately, there isn't much conflict. Sturgeons stop biting at 7, Super Cucumbers start biting at 6. So you could fish at the lake until 5 or so, and make the trip to the beach to be there on time for 6

pumpkin are good but you need to purchase more seeds after each harvest, but cranberries will continue to grow till the end of season

Ancient wine is less profit than starfruit wine, but it is insanely convenient once it's going-- and still has a very strong profit.
Starfruits grow in 13 days normally. With Dx Speed Gro, it becomes 9. Kegs take just under 7 days to produce wine, so you get this awkward staggering keg cycle-- and have to make regular trips to buy seeds.

Ancient Fruit regrow in 7 days, aligning perfectly with the keg cycle. Seeds don't need to be repurchased for the Greenhouse, either. You can mark a day of the week as Keg Day, and that's the day you collect from the Greenhouse and load your kegs

Got no conventional processing machines but do have some Seed Makers? Stick your normal quality Cranberries in and sell the resulting seeds.

I also set up a fenced in area with a few mahogany trees on my farm. They don’t sustainably drop seeds, so to keep farming trees you need like an “income”, full grown trees will propagate with little lumps near them, hit those with a tool and you can “farm” the seeds. Good luck!
