In all seriousness, here are my personal thoughts to get you started:

1. If you aren't sure what you should be doing at any given time, follow the quests! While these don't come with deadlines, they do help introduce you to the various early-game mechanics. Use the quests to broadly structure your planning for each week.
2. In a very broad sense, your day-to-day Stardew Valley experience is all about managing your energy and time. Some activities take up way more energy than time (i.e. chopping down trees), while others take up way more time than energy (i.e. foraging). You'll quickly learn which activities fall into which category, and can use that information to plan out how you will maximize your day!
