Your best option is making sure you have a decent amount of lightning rods made for the days you do have storms and making sure to maximize those days for more lightning strikes. Sometimes the travelling cart will sell a battery pack too. || Killing an iridium bat in skull cavern also gives you a 5% chance of dropping a battery pack too. ||
