Make two extra chests
Place one in the destination, place another somewhere it'd be out of the way. Store your whole inventory in the out-of-the-way one.

Pick up all the stuff from the origin chest, dump it into the destination chest. Done.

You wanted to move two chests, yes? Pick up the first origin chest, place it as the second one's destination chest, and repeat.

Then grab your inventory back from the out-of-the-way chest

If you have the greenhouse or some animals, you will still be able to maintain income in the winter. Otherwise, yeah, it's time for fishing and mining.
Sturgeons sell well and are available in the mountain lake during the daytime. Watch out, though, they're pretty strong and there are also Lingcods in there (also strong but not worth as much)

If you don't have animals, this is as good a time as any to get started on a barn or coop. Don't forget a heater and a good chunk of hay to feed them.

You can craft them, the blueprints are learned from leveling your Farming skill. There are three kinds, but the first one kinda sucks...
They auto-water the tiles around them every morning at dawn. (They don't water on the day you place them, so you gotta water the crops yourself on the first day.)
The second one (i.e. first good one) is the Quality Sprinkler at Farming Lv6. Costs an iron bar, a gold bar, and a refined quartz to make each one

No, the Blacksmith should have given you a blueprint for a furnace on the day after you found copper ore for the first time. Make that and use that to smelt bars.
Bring 5 bars, some money, and a tool to the Blacksmith for him to improve the tool for you. This takes two nights.

So trying to date seb is hardest of them, because he is pretty much a recluse. Easiest. Is Emily since she is by the saloon almost every night. Same could be said to Shane since you know what he loves.

Abigail is a bit more dfficult
