So when you enter town from the bus stop on a sunny day after 9am you should get a cutscene with lewis showing you the community center.
After that, you'll get the "rat problem" quest. You complete it by interacting with the golden plaque in the community center.
The day after, the wizard sends you a letter to visit his tower.
You go to his tower and he teaches you the junimo language.
Now, when you return to that golden plaque in the community center, it will show you the bundles to donate items to
