theres the complete breakfast and lucky lunch that you get recipes for ||in year 2 from the tv|| i wouldnt say those are the easiest to make but are options none the less, salads have been mentioned here before and can be bought from the saloon any day of the week, once you have a good bit of money coming in its completely worth it. ||3 hearts with linus will give you a recipe you can use any fish with, as long as you use a fish thats worth less than 75 to sell youre basically making money to cook and eat it (or sell) instead|| farmers lunches can be really good once you have access to milk and eggs and you get the recipe at ||farming level 3|| all of these things require cooking rather than crafting unless you're going to purchase them already made and you can cook by ||either upgrading your house or making a camping fire item||

Don't worry too much about rushing through on your first playthrough, the community center doesn't have a deadline to complete. that's mostly for speedrunners.

What I recommend doing is saving 5 items of each (the ones with the best quality) and to sell the rest

id keep at least one of each thing (but a handful of each is good too) and sell the rest, especially of what you have access to early on theres not much that you can encounter that you need to keep forever
