i believe if you didn't get the bundle reward, you can find it next to the junimo "house" in the main room

but even if you got rid of them, you can make more by combining the four winter forage items (except holly) and you get 10 seeds, which you can plant and multiply

remember... two of the winter forage items are underground! keep an eye out for wormies! 🪱

i do recommend fishing though you get more profit that way

Start of the game you WILL run out of energy. You're a brand new farmer and haven't grown enough to just do it all in year 1 (unless you use mods, but that's a different story). The whole point is to grow your skills and improve your tools over the course of the game's story. By year 2, though, you should definitely NOT be running out of energy.
